Meet our Team

Founder

A proud Washingtonian and mom of two, now rooted in Atlanta, with a lifelong commitment to education, service, and community. With a Master of Science in Organizational Management, Em has served as a professor of Health Science since 2011.

Her journey—both personal and professional—has shown her the power of being truly seen and supported. That understanding is the heartbeat behind BLOOM. She brings together academic rigor, leadership, and lived experience to create spaces where single mothers feel affirmed, resourced, and empowered. BLOOM exists to remind every mother we serve that she is capable, worthy, and was always meant to flourish.
