With over 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational management, Em holds a graduate degree in Organizational Management and founded Blooming Roots from a deep commitment to supporting women through every stage of their journey. She leads with a focus on providing essential resources, education, and specialized training that empower women to build stable, sustainable futures for themselves and their families.
Lynn
Healthcare programs Manager
Lynn is a healthcare professional with a background in clinical laboratory services and education in emerging skill sets. She plays a key role in cultivating the nurturing and empowering environment Blooming Roots is known for, supporting program development and participant growth.
Terri
Marketing & Community Engagement Lead
